Maintenance Agreements are customized to your needs based on volume, speed of equipment, and level of coverage desired.

Annual Maintenance Agreement

Pay once yearly for a fixed number of copies. Coverage options include EBP (everything but paper and staples) or P&L (parts and labor, supplies such as toner and maintenance items are not included).

Monthly Maintenance Agreement

Pay once a month for a fixed number of copies. Coverage is EBP (everything but paper and staples).

Cost Per Copy Maintenance Agreement

Pay monthly based on the number of copies made. Coverage is EBP (everything but paper and staples).
